Nick in The Tin Horizon

Nick Malinowski is a versatile North Yorkshire born actor with experience in many areas of performance.

On the stage he has worked with the National Theatre on a number of productions including 'The Captain of Kopenick’ for Adrian Noble, 'The Hour We Knew Nothing of Each Other' for James Macdonald, 'Her Naked Skin' for Howard Davies and Terry Pratchett's 'Nation' for Melly Still.

In the west end he appeared in Strangers on a Train at the Gielgud Theatre, the Donmar Warehouse production of 'Frost/Nixon' and Justin Butcher's 'The Prisoner of Windsor’. He has also appeared at London’s famous Regents Park Open Air Theatre in Twelfth Night.

Nick's extensive film and television credits include appearances in Mike Figgis's film 'Suspension of Disbelief', 'Dr Who’, Chasing Shadows 'Lewis', 'Silent Witness', BBC Shakespeare adaptations of 'Midsummer Night's Dream' and 'Macbeth', 'Summerhill' and of course 'Casualty' and 'The Bill'.

Alongside other voice work, Nick was the voice of Nisa supermarkets, both in a television advertising campaign and in store, and has been heard on radio in 'Sergeant Musgrave's Dance' for the BBC.

For the past fifteen years Nick has also fitted in occasional performances of his one man comedy street show, entertaining live audiences on the cobbles of London's famous Covent Garden: Covent Entertainer
